The February 21st was an important day for Paraguay. On that day, the Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security, Dr. Guillermo Sosa, presented the ParaEmpleo project, which, thanks to an advanced platform of the Swiss company JANZZ.technology, aims to strengthen the search for jobs in Paraguay. The Job Search Platform is the result of the hard-cooperative work between JANZZ.technology and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in the framework of a loan agreement with the Republic of Paraguay. During the last few months, intense work has been done on the development of this platform so that it can be used by the Paraguayan population as soon as it is launched.
The goal of the ParaEmpleo.com.py platform is to improve employment opportunities for job seekers. But ParaEmpleo is also addressed to companies, authorities and universities that will offer jobs. This is the first project in Latin America and is available in 2 languages (Spanish and English). The platform contains advances in finding available jobs and job seekers based on a variety of dimensions, including social skills, education, experience, time and geographical availability, and other variables that improve job search.
Thanks to this new web platform, JANZZ.technology can offer the most advanced technology for job searches. Once the registration process is completed, job seekers will have access to job opportunities according to their skills and abilities. The same applies to employers: As soon as they have created their profile, they will be shown all available candidates matching their vacancy.
